Before reporting a bug
Before reporting a bug, please try these troubleshooting steps:
– Check that your setup comply with the technical requirements to run Excelway
– Text Excelway in Incognito/private mode using a different browser.
– Clear your browser history/cache/cookies and refresh the page
– Check your internet connection or switch to another network
– Sign out and back into Excelway

To ensure that we can help you pomptly, please follow the general guidelines when reporting a bug:
– include a detailed description of the bug and the steps to reproduce it
– Specify the device, OS and browser version you are using
– Send screenshots, GIFs or a screen recording
– provide your browser console logs
