Do you offer discounts?
Yes, if you purchase an annual plan, you’ll get a discounted price.
We are happy to offer elligible nonprofits organizations a discount on our Team and Business Plan. Please get in touch for more information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can purchase Excelway Team and Business plan with any major credit card. Payment through bank transfer and check is only available for the Enterprise plan. Please contact us for more information.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Adjustments are always pro-rated so you’ll only pay for the time your plan has been active.
How does Excelway secure my data?
Excelway services are hosted on dedicated serviers in secured data centers provided by Amazon Web Services. These data centers offer a 24/24h physical security with controlled access. These data centers are compliant with SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3.
What is a member?
A member is a user that has an Excelway account. A member can collaborate on projects, workshops and boards.
What is a public workshop?
A public workshop is workshop where you can invite guests that don’t need to create an account.
All our plans allow to invite up to 10 participants to your public workshops for free. If you need more seats, you can purchase the Large Workshops add-on and invite up to 3000 participants. The cost of the Large Workshop add-on is 50 USD for 100 additional participants.
