Troubleshooting connectivity issues

If you are experiencing one of the following issues:

– Trying to access the activity or workshop that is stuck on the load screen

– not seeing cards sent by other participants to the workshop

– message indicating that you are disconnected from the server appearing in a pop up 

Please, refresh the browser page.

If the problem persists, try these troubleshooting tips:

– disable any browser extensions you have turned on

– update your browser to the latest version

– clear your browser’s history/cache/cookies

– check your ability to establish connexion with (process described in this article)
